You must be legally capable of entering a contract.
Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms form a binding agreement between the person or organisation using Aerlinked and the Aerlinked legal entity identified in the final production version of these Terms.
You accept these Terms when you create an account, click an acceptance control, purchase a plan, use a free feature, access an organisation workspace, use an API or otherwise use the service after being given access to these Terms.
Where you use Aerlinked for an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation. In that case, “you” includes the organisation and its authorised users.

You must not be prohibited by applicable law, sanctions, court order or prior Aerlinked restriction.
Accurate information and secure access
Provide accurate details

Plans, payments, renewals and usage credits
| Topic | Terms |
|---|---|
| Plan features | Features, limits, credits, billing period and pricing are shown at purchase or in the applicable order, plan page or offer. |
| Payment authority | You authorise Aerlinked and its payment provider to charge the selected payment method for applicable fees, taxes and renewals. |
| Taxes | Prices may exclude GST or other applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for taxes lawfully payable by you. |
| Renewal | A recurring plan may renew automatically where the checkout clearly states this and applicable law permits it. Renewal can be cancelled through the available account process before the next billing date. |
| Credits | Credits are a limited service-use entitlement, not money, stored value, property or a transferable financial instrument. |
| Expiry | Credits may expire at the end of the applicable plan or promotional period unless the plan expressly states that they carry forward. |
| Promotional credits | Free, referral or promotional credits may have separate eligibility, expiry, usage and anti-abuse conditions. |
| Failed payments | Aerlinked may retry payment, restrict paid features, downgrade or suspend the account after notice where reasonably practicable. |
| Refunds | Refunds, reversals and lead-quality credit adjustments are governed by the Refund Policy, the relevant offer and applicable law. |
| Price changes | Aerlinked may change future prices or plan structures with reasonable notice. Changes do not retroactively alter a completed billing period unless agreed or legally required. |
Limited access—not ownership of the database
Subject to these Terms and your plan, Aerlinked grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use eligible lead information for your own lawful business purposes.
Controlled unlock access
Restricted fields may be revealed only through approved preview, credit and organisation-access workflows.
No raw database download
You may not download, scrape, copy or reconstruct the complete Aerlinked lead database.
No resale or redistribution
You may not resell, sublicense, publish, rent, broker or provide database access to another person.
No competing database
You may not use Aerlinked information to create, enrich or operate a competing lead database or data-broker service.
Lawful outreach
You remain responsible for legal basis, notices, consent where required, marketing laws and opt-outs.
Accuracy limitations
Professional information can change. Verify important details before relying on them for a material decision.
You retain responsibility for content you add
“User Content” includes contacts, notes, deal details, tasks, files, messages, imports and other information submitted through your account.
Your rights in content
You retain ownership of User Content to the extent you lawfully own it.
Service licence
You grant Aerlinked the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, back up and display User Content to provide and secure the service.
Your authority
You represent that you have the rights and lawful basis needed to submit and use the content.
Appropriate content
Do not upload unnecessary sensitive data, credentials, malware, illegal content or confidential data without authority.
Exports
You are responsible for protecting exported files and deleting copies when no longer authorised or needed.
Deletion
Deletion is subject to account permissions, recovery windows, backups, suppression records and legal holds.
Administration, domain grouping and shared access
| Control | How it works |
|---|---|
| Organisation grouping | Aerlinked may associate users with the same verified business email domain or organisation workspace. |
| Administrator authority | Administrators may manage membership, permissions, ownership, plan access and organisation settings. |
| Shared unlock access | Where enabled, an eligible record unlocked by one user may become available to authorised users in the same organisation. |
| Duplicate protection | Repeated access to the same eligible record by the same user or organisation may not consume another credit, depending on the applicable rules. |
| Account transition | An organisation may reassign records, deals and tasks when a user changes role or leaves, subject to law and the organisation agreement. |
| Organisation responsibility | The organisation is responsible for its administrators, authorised users, settings and lawful use of shared information. |

Payment providers
Payment processing is subject to provider availability, security checks and applicable provider terms.
Connected applications
You are responsible for authorising and monitoring third-party integrations connected to your account.
External websites

Availability, updates and beta features
| Topic | Terms |
|---|---|
| Feature changes | Aerlinked may add, modify, replace or discontinue features to improve the service, address risk or meet legal and operational needs. |
| Maintenance | Planned or emergency maintenance may temporarily affect availability. |
| Beta features | Preview, beta or experimental features may be incomplete, change without notice and carry additional limitations. |
| Usage limits | Aerlinked may apply or adjust fair-use, API, search, unlock, messaging, export or storage limits. |
| No permanent feature promise | Unless a signed order expressly states otherwise, no feature, integration, price or data field is guaranteed to remain permanently available. |
Suspension, restriction and termination
Aerlinked may request clarification or corrective action.
Features, credits, exports or API access may be limited.
Access may be paused during security, payment or abuse review.
Serious or repeated violations may result in account closure.
Aerlinked may act without advance notice where reasonably necessary to protect users, data, service availability, payment integrity, legal obligations or evidence of serious misuse.
Your right to use the service ends. Fees already due remain payable. Provisions that by nature should survive—including ownership, confidentiality, disclaimers, liability, indemnity and disputes—continue to apply.
What Aerlinked does not promise
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aerlinked disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or remedy that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
Data accuracy
Aerlinked does not warrant that every professional record is complete, current, deliverable or suitable for your purpose.
Commercial outcomes
No response, conversion, deal, revenue or business result is guaranteed.
Continuous availability
The service may experience maintenance, provider failures, security controls or other interruptions.
Your compliance
Aerlinked does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee that your outreach or data use complies with every applicable law.
Third parties
Aerlinked is not responsible for independent third-party products, data, networks or conduct.
Recommendations
Automated suggestions or indicators are informational and should be reviewed before material decisions.
Limitation of liability
These limitations apply only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
| Limitation | Terms |
|---|---|
| Excluded damages | Aerlinked will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, opportunities or data, where such exclusion is lawful. |
| Aggregate cap | Except for liability that cannot lawfully be limited, Aerlinked’s aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the greater of the fees paid by you for the affected service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim or ₹5,000. |
| Free services | For a claim arising only from free service access, the aggregate cap will be ₹1,000, unless applicable law requires a higher remedy. |
| Essential exceptions | Nothing excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or another liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. |
| Basis of bargain | The allocations of risk in these Terms are reflected in the availability and pricing of the service. |
The liability caps and exclusions must be reviewed against Aerlinked’s final entity, customer type, insurance, pricing, consumer exposure and applicable law before publication.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify and hold Aerlinked and its affiliates, officers, employees and service providers harmless from third-party claims, losses, penalties and reasonable costs arising from your User Content, unlawful outreach, breach of these Terms, misuse of lead data, infringement of rights or violation of applicable law.
Resolve concerns directly before formal proceedings
Send a clear description of the dispute to Hello@aerlinked.com.
Both parties attempt to resolve the issue informally.
Unresolved business disputes may proceed to agreed arbitration after legal review.
Either party may seek urgent court relief to protect security or intellectual property.
The final Terms must specify Aerlinked’s governing law, exclusive court jurisdiction or arbitration seat, venue, language, appointment mechanism and legal entity address. These details are intentionally not invented in this design.
| Governing law | [Insert the Indian State and applicable governing law after counsel review] |
| Informal resolution period | 30 days from receipt of a sufficiently detailed written dispute notice, unless urgency requires earlier action. |
| Arbitration | [Insert arbitration rules, seat, venue, language and appointment process after counsel review] |
| Court jurisdiction | [Insert competent courts for interim relief and non-arbitrable matters] |

Additional contract terms
| Provision | Terms |
|---|---|
| Entire agreement | These Terms, applicable order or plan terms, Privacy Policy, Product Usage Policy and incorporated notices form the agreement concerning the service. |
| Order of precedence | A signed enterprise agreement or order controls over these Terms only where it expressly states a conflict. Specific feature terms control for that feature. |
| Assignment | You may not assign these Terms without Aerlinked’s written consent. Aerlinked may assign them in connection with a merger, restructuring, financing or transfer of the relevant business. |
| Force majeure | Neither party is responsible for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, except payment obligations already due. |
| Severability | If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining Terms continue. |
| No waiver | Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later. |
| No agency | These Terms do not create employment, partnership, joint venture, franchise or agency between the parties. |
| Third-party beneficiaries | Except where expressly stated, no third party has rights under these Terms. |
| Language | The English version controls where translations differ, unless applicable law requires otherwise. |
| Changes to Terms | Aerlinked may update these Terms for legal, security, operational or product reasons. Material changes will be communicated reasonably before taking effect where required. |
