By accessing or using the AerLinked platform, modules, or related services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. 1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for, accessing, or using any AerLinked service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please discontinue using the AerLinked platform.
2. Scope of Services
AerLinked offers an all-in-one business management suite that includes modules for CRM, HRMS, ERP, Project Management, Ticketing, and Learning Management. Each module is governed under these same terms. The platform is continually updated to ensure feature enhancement, compliance, and performance optimization.
3. Eligibility
To use AerLinked, you must be a registered business entity or an authorized representative of one. Individual users representing a company must have proper authorization. Use by minors or unauthorized entities is strictly prohibited.

5. User Accounts and Security
When creating an AerLinked account, you must provide accurate and complete details. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account. Any unauthorized use must be reported immediately to AerLinked Support.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All AerLinked trademarks, source code, UI designs, icons, and business modules are the exclusive property of Flying Fish One. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or modification is prohibited. You retain ownership of your business data but grant AerLinked a license to use it for service delivery and optimization.
7. Limitation of Liability
AerLinked and Flying Fish One are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use or inability to use the platform. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation but ensure continuous monitoring and improvement.
8. Termination of Access
AerLinked reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access without prior notice if you violate these terms, misuse the platform, or engage in unlawful activities. Upon termination, your access will be revoked, and data may be retained or deleted according to our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India and the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from the use of AerLinked services will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India or Birmingham, UK.
