Use Aerlinked for genuine business development, relationship management, support or authorised operational activity.
Appropriate authority
Use only accounts, records, organisations, data and integrations you are authorised to access.
Respect and security
Protect confidential information, respect individual rights and avoid conduct that harms users, systems or third parties.
What you may use Aerlinked for
Business lead discovery
Search for relevant businesses and professional contacts based on genuine product, service, partnership or commercial needs.
Relationship management
Manage authorised contacts, deals, notes, tasks, follow-ups and business communications.
Team collaboration
Assign ownership, share eligible organisation access and reduce duplicate work.
Approved integrations
Connect authorised systems within the assigned scope, rate limits and security requirements.
Business analytics
Review your organisation’s permitted activity, pipeline, usage and conversion information.
Support and quality
Report inaccurate information, suspected misuse, billing concerns or product issues.
Responsibilities when using business lead data
Access to professional and business contact information does not remove your responsibility to use that information lawfully and respectfully.
Review before unlocking
Use public business information to assess relevance before spending a credit or revealing restricted fields.
Use for genuine B2B purposes
Use lead information only where there is a reasonable connection to your business offering, partnership or professional activity.
Respect objections and opt-outs
Maintain suppression or do-not-contact records and stop direct marketing where an individual objects or applicable law requires it.
Keep records accurate
Do not knowingly retain or act on information you know is materially inaccurate, outdated or misleading.
Do not resell raw data
You may not reproduce, sublicense, republish, resell or create a competing database from Aerlinked records.
Do not infer sensitive traits
Do not use Aerlinked data to infer health, religion, politics, ethnicity, sexual orientation or other sensitive characteristics.
Aerlinked does not permit users to download, scrape or export the raw lead database. Access is provided through controlled search, preview and unlock workflows.

You control the data you enter into CRM
Users and organisations are responsible for ensuring that CRM content is lawful, relevant, secure and limited to appropriate business purposes.
Assign responsibility
Use clear owners, statuses and next actions to reduce duplicate contact and accidental misuse.
Limit data
Record only information reasonably needed for the professional relationship or sales workflow.
Protect notes
Do not place passwords, payment credentials, identity documents or unnecessary sensitive information in notes.
Maintain accuracy
Update status, ownership and contact information where inaccurate data could cause repeated or inappropriate outreach.
Delete when appropriate
Remove records that are no longer needed, subject to legal, contractual, dispute and suppression requirements.
Control exports
Export only data you are authorised to use and protect exported files from unauthorised access.
Protect your account and organisation access
Register with a valid identity and authorised business information.
Use strong passwords, MFA and secure devices.
Do not share accounts, API keys or sessions with unauthorised people.
Notify Aerlinked promptly about suspicious access or credential exposure.
Each administrator and user should have their own authorised account. You must not impersonate another person or use credentials obtained without permission.
Credits must be used through intended workflows
No credit manipulation
Do not create duplicate accounts, fake referrals or artificial transactions to obtain free or promotional credits.
No circumvention
Do not bypass unlock limits, organisation duplicate protection, plan controls or payment requirements.
No resale
Credits, plans and unlocked access may not be resold, rented or transferred unless Aerlinked expressly allows it.
Fair complaints
Lead-quality refunds must be based on genuine evidence and must not be used to repeatedly recover credits after valid access.
Uses that are not permitted
Scraping and extraction
Automated crawling, scraping, bulk copying, browser automation or reconstruction of the raw lead database.
Spam and harassment
Unsolicited mass messaging, repeated unwanted contact, abusive communication or threatening conduct.
Fraud and deception
Fake identities, false businesses, fabricated referrals, misleading offers or impersonation.
Malware and security abuse
Malicious code, credential theft, vulnerability exploitation, unauthorised scanning or disruption.
Unlawful discrimination
Using data to exclude, target or make decisions unlawfully based on protected or sensitive characteristics.
Illegal goods or services
Using Aerlinked to facilitate illegal products, scams, trafficking, exploitation or unlawful financial schemes.
Platform interference
Reverse engineering, bypassing controls, disabling safeguards or creating excessive automated load.
Rights violations
Infringing privacy, confidentiality, intellectual property, publicity or contractual rights.
Competing databases
Using Aerlinked content to build, enrich or operate a competing lead database or data-broker service.
Use integrations only within approved scope

Platform stability
Users must not generate unreasonable load or interfere with service availability.
Automation approval
Automated activity must use approved features or APIs and comply with documented limits.
Limit adjustments
Aerlinked may adjust limits to address risk, abuse, performance or operational requirements.
Connected services have their own rules
When you connect an email provider, payment service, analytics tool, CRM, webhook or other third-party service, you must have authority to connect it and comply with its terms, security controls and privacy obligations.
Respect Aerlinked and third-party rights
Platform ownership
Aerlinked software, design, branding, databases, documentation and related rights remain protected.
Limited licence
Your access is a limited, revocable right to use the service for authorised purposes.
User content
You must have the right to upload, store, share and process content placed into Aerlinked.
No confusing affiliation
Do not use Aerlinked branding to imply endorsement, partnership or certification without permission.
How Aerlinked may respond to misuse
The response depends on seriousness, risk, history, cooperation and the need to protect users, systems and legal rights.
Clarification, corrective instructions or a formal policy warning.
Temporary limits on unlocks, exports, API access, messaging or account actions.
Temporary suspension while risk, identity, payment or abuse is investigated.
Account or organisation termination for serious or repeated violations.
Preserve relevant evidence, logs and records for investigation or legal claims.
Reverse credits, rewards or access obtained through fraud, abuse or circumvention.
Notify affected parties or authorities where required or appropriate under law.
Require deletion, suppression, security changes or another corrective measure.
Aerlinked may act without advance notice where immediate restriction is reasonably necessary to protect data, users, systems, service availability or legal obligations.
Report suspected misuse or unsafe activity
