1. Overview

These Product Usage terms explain how Aerlinked access is provided across free previews, paid plans, credits, account controls, and responsible usage expectations. By using Aerlinked, users agree to follow these product rules along with the Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and any other applicable policies published by Aerlinked.

2. Plans, access, and credits

Aerlinked may offer free access, limited preview access, and paid subscription plans. Depending on the plan selected, users may receive a fixed monthly or term-based allowance of profile unlocks, lead credits, or similar usage capacity.

  • Free access may include limited daily profile previews or restricted feature access.
  • Paid plans may unlock fuller profile details, CRM features, billing tools, exports, or higher usage limits.
  • Displayed usage balances apply only within the active plan cycle unless Aerlinked clearly states otherwise.
  • Credits, quotas, and unlock capacity are linked to the active subscription and are not transferable unless Aerlinked expressly approves it.

3. Plan validity, activation, renewals, and upgrades

Plan validity begins once payment is successfully received and the subscription is activated. Renewals, upgrades, and plan changes may adjust allowances, access levels, and renewal dates based on the plan selected at checkout.

  • Activation begins from the confirmed payment date unless Aerlinked clearly communicates a different start date.
  • Unused credits or allowances may expire at the end of the active plan cycle unless a carry-forward rule is specifically stated for that plan.
  • Upgrades may apply immediately, while downgrades may take effect from the next billing cycle.
  • Any top-up, add-on, or extra access purchased during an active subscription may inherit the validity of the main plan.

4. Free previews and feature gating

Aerlinked may allow users to explore the platform using a limited number of free previews before requiring a paid plan. Free users can generally search and browse, but detailed profile access, exports, or advanced actions may remain gated behind payment.

Search access

Users may browse lead results and search the directory subject to platform limits.

Preview limits

Detailed profile fields may remain masked once the daily or plan-based free preview allowance is exhausted.

Upgrade prompts

When the free limit is reached, users may be shown plans and a payment flow to continue unlocking profiles.

Instant access update

After successful payment, eligible paid access may unlock immediately for the active subscription.

5. Fair use and responsible usage

Aerlinked is intended for lawful, professional, and proportionate business use. Even where a plan offers high-volume or flexible access, usage remains subject to platform security controls, anti-abuse checks, and fair use review.

  • Users must not scrape, mirror, bulk-harvest, reverse engineer, or automate access in ways not expressly permitted by Aerlinked.
  • Suspicious activity, excessive extraction, repeated failed payment attempts, or misuse of free previews may trigger account review or temporary restrictions.
  • Self-referrals, fake accounts, fraudulent upgrades, or policy circumvention may lead to suspension.
  • Aerlinked may pause, restrict, or terminate access where platform integrity, compliance, or data security is at risk.

6. Billing, invoicing, and payment information

Paid access is activated after successful payment together with any applicable taxes. Checkout may require the user’s contact details, business information, billing address, and tax details so Aerlinked can generate invoices and maintain accurate records.

  • Displayed pricing is subject to applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.
  • Users are responsible for providing accurate contact, business, billing, and invoicing information.
  • Where a payment fails, Aerlinked may restrict paid features until the payment method is updated or the invoice is settled.
  • Aerlinked may issue invoices, receipts, or tax records based on the details submitted by the user during checkout or account updates.

7. Refunds

Aerlinked keeps its free preview model available so users can evaluate the service before purchasing. Once a paid plan, top-up, or add-on is purchased, it is treated as final.

  • No refunds are available, whether full or partial, once a plan, add-on, or paid subscription has been purchased.
  • Users should review the free preview access, plan details, usage limits, and billing information before making payment.
  • Chargebacks, unauthorized refund claims, or abusive payment disputes may result in access restriction or account review.

8. Data accuracy and issue reporting

Aerlinked works to maintain useful and current business information, but users should independently assess suitability before relying on any profile, contact, or company data. If the platform provides a way to report incorrect or outdated details, users should use those channels responsibly.

  • Not every profile field is guaranteed to be complete, current, or suitable for a specific legal or commercial purpose.
  • False or abusive reporting of data issues may lead to feature restrictions.
  • Aerlinked may review reported issues manually or through automated quality checks.

9. Account security, transfers, and misuse

Users are responsible for protecting their login credentials and for activity occurring under their account. Account ownership changes, merges, or transfers may be restricted where they create security, billing, or compliance risk.

  • Login sharing, credential resale, or unauthorized team access is not permitted unless supported by the active plan.
  • Aerlinked may require verification before processing sensitive account changes.
  • Accounts linked to fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or policy evasion may be suspended pending review.

10. Data retention and deletion

Aerlinked may retain account information, usage logs, and saved records for the period reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, handle disputes, and protect platform integrity. Where a subscription expires or ends, some saved data or history may be deleted after the retention window described in Aerlinked’s privacy and service policies.

  • Users should export or save business records they wish to keep before account expiry where export is available.
  • Expired credits or allowances are subject to the plan rules in force at the time of expiry.
  • Deletion timelines may vary based on legal, security, or service-continuity requirements.

11. Policy changes

Aerlinked may revise these Product Usage terms from time to time to reflect product changes, pricing updates, new plan structures, operational controls, compliance requirements, or security measures. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
